 Lying just outside Queenstown South Island New Zealand, with a length of 50 miles, it is New Zealand's longest lake, and, at 112 sq miles, its third largest. Lake Wakatipu is renowned for its scenic beauty, as it is surrounded by mountains. The Remarkables mountain range lies along its southeastern edge. Shreve Captured this image late in the evening as the moonlight barely lit the lake and this pier sat alone with a light on, waiting for the next vessel to arrive. This image won a bronze award in 2018 from Epson International.
