The west coast of the United States is home to some of the most beautiful and unique terrain in the world. One particular highlight is Cannon Beach off the Oregon coast. Famed for it's 235 foot tall Haystack Rock there are few sights more striking as the jutting rock abruptly coming out of the earth during the wanning moments of the day. In this image Mr. Shreve captures Haystack Rock and the surrounding scenery.
