St Clair is a leafy residential suburb of Dunedin, New Zealand. It is located on the Pacific Ocean coast five kilometers from the city center. There is a story of a seal named “Mum” which came to St Clair Beach to have her pups after a 150-year absence of seals giving birth on the mainland. The people of Dunedin await her return as Mum would be 24 years of age at year 2015. ''Mum'' produced pups on the Otago coast until 2010, when she disappeared, aged 24. This image won a Bronze award in 2018 from Epson International.
